Glassware in the Crown

In the Crown hotel room, I found some beautiful wine and drinking glasses.

I like taking shots of glasses because you are able to see the fantastic transparency of the glass.

Usually the hotel room has nice glasses and cups. I hope you all like this series of pictures!

  13. I'm not usually a black and white person but I'm so pleased you chose it here, it's so effective. I keep going up and down the page trying to pick a favourite.... but it's so difficult ....both of pic 4, water on the glass in pic 15, but it has to be for me, the depth of field sequences of the four wine glasses with the amazing focusing on the stem and base of the glass demonstrating the fusion of the glass clarity and your photography. Superb.

  15. To J_on_tour@jayzspaze:
Thanks for your appreciation and compliments! I'm flattered,
I just took some glasses that I like!
The glass clarity is very attractive for me!
I also like the shallow depth of field effect
    with the large aperture lens.
You're right, the reflection in the stem is the
best part of light and shadow!
